Highrise CRM Integration for Benchmark Email

Pull contacts to your Benchmark email lists

With this integration, you can add contacts from your Highrise CRM account into a new or existing Benchmark Email list. It's incredibly easy and requires no installation.

Requirements:

• Benchmark Email account (works with Free Trial)
• Highrise CRM account

How to Integrate:

1. Log in to your href="https://www.benchmarkemail.com/" target="_blank">Benchmark account.
2. Select Select Contacts from the Dashboard menu.
3. Click Create New List.
4. Select Regular List and click Next.
5. Choose the "Import From a Service" option and click Next.
6. On the Third-Party Integration page, scroll to the bottom and select the Highrise CRM logo.

You will access the Connect to Highrise page. Leave this page open. You will need it to input your Subdomain and Highrise API Key.

7. Log in to your Highrise account.
8. Let’s locate your Subdomain. Your Subdomain is what shows before the ``.highrisehq.com" when accessing your account from the web. For example, for this account: https://demo.highrisehq.com the Subdomain is demo.
9. Copy your Subdomain and paste it into your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page.
10. In your Highrise account, click on the Account and Settings option from the bar menu at the top-right of the Home page.
11. Select My Info.
12. On the menu bar, select the Integrations tab.
13. Below Authentication token, you will find your Highrise API Key.
14. Copy the API Key.
15. Now, paste the API key in your Benchmark account on the Connect to Highrise page.
16. Click Save & Next.
17. Select the list (or create a new one) to which you would like to add contacts and click Save & Next.
18. Map Highrise fields according to the data fields in your Benchmark list.
19. Last, click Save and Next.
